Spodek Super Cup 2024

Years ago, futsal was one of the most popular disciplines among the competitions organised under the roof of Katowice’s Spodek Arena. However, it parted ways with the legendary arena almost three decades ago. But now futsal is making a comeback. The Spodek Super Cup is set to become a brand new event in Katowice’s sporting calendar.

In the main arena of the Spodek, professional football teams will compete on a specially prepared 42 m by 22 m football pitch with artificial turf and LED perimeter boards surrounding the playing field (the boards will serve as elements of the game). The teams will include: GKS Katowice, FC Baník Ostrava, Górnik Zabrze, Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała, ROW Rybnik, and FK Železiarne Podbrezová.
