Silesian Rap Festival 2016 wraps up
The Silesian Rap Festival 2016 was designed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Silesian Rap. In carefully designed sets, artists presented their greatest hits in exceptional arrangements by the FDG Orchestra, the musicians of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Polish Radio, and the Miners’ Brass Band.
Guests were also treated to a freestyle showcase of top Polish competitors, a beatbox show, and four DJs, who told the audiovisual story of Silesian rap. The festival also featured the premiere of a documentary about the twenty years of the Silesian rap scene.
